The Datix NaNo 4G is a compact, advanced solution for the safety of isolated workers. The term “lone worker” refers to an individual who, while performing their duties, may find themselves in situations where they are alone and have no direct contact with other colleagues. It is the employer’s responsibility to assess the risks associated with working alone and to provide workers with appropriate tools to report dangerous situations.

The new Datix NaNo 4G is a sophisticated man-down device designed to ensure safety in isolated work environments. Equipped with an SOS button to signal emergencies, it also detects a loss of vertical position or prolonged immobility, immediately sending alerts via SMS, a data connection to a dedicated software platform, and a phone call with a pre-recorded voice message (without the option for conversation). The system is compatible with 2G, 3G, and 4G cellular networks and also offers the option to integrate a GPS receiver for outdoor location tracking and personnel monitoring. Thanks to its built-in RFID technology, the Datix NaNo 3G also enables indoor location tracking without the need for complex electrical installations, facilitating the management of sensitive areas. Alarms include the last known locations detected via RFID tags, thereby optimizing search operations for the operator in the event of an emergency.
