The Ministerial Decree 388, issued on July 15, 2003, establishes the guidelines for managing company first aid in Italy. According to this regulation, companies must equip themselves with specific first aid kits based on the number of workers and the type of risk present in the work environment. There are two types of mandatory kits: those of Annex 1 and those of Annex 2.
The first aid kits of Annex 1 are mandatory for companies with three or more workers belonging to group A or group B. These kits must contain:
